Security
All transactions effected on websites published by Keane Gillettte Publishing Ltd are conducted through a registered third party Payment Service Provider (PSP), using industry standard technology for secure commerce transaction. Data, including your credit card number, is encrypted and other safeguards include fraud, address verification and security code checks.
All transactions are conducted on a secure website hosted and maintained by our third party PSP. Keane-Gillette Publishing Ltd. does not store or intend to store the financial details (credit or debit card number) provided during transaction.
Most banks or credit card providers either cover all charges resulting from unauthorised use of your credit card or limit your liability to a maximum amount. Refer to your credit card agreement to check your coverage for liability. You are also advised to check your coverage for liability for unauthorised use of other cards such as debit cards.
Transaction Failure
If payment is denied by our Payment Service Provider for any reason, you will be made aware of this and payment can be resubmitted.
Order Confirmation and Processing
Your order will be accepted once your payment has been authorised. We will acknowledge acceptance of the order and process it accordingly.
Unless otherwise stipulated, all orders are usually processed and goods despatched within 10 working days, but allow up to 28 days.
In the case of magazine subscriptions, our web pages or confirmation letter will inform you of the edition with which your subscription will commence.
Currencies
All payments are transacted in British pounds sterling, euros, or US dollars.
Returns and Refunds
We strive to provide you with the best possible customer service and products of high quality. If you paid up front for a subscription you are free to cancel at any time but we will be unable to refund you for any unmailed issues.
