It's hard for me to say, because I don't even know what I want to be when I grow up! :confused: I just hope I don't live a painfully average life, but I don't want tragedy either. Um... I'd love to be an artist.

i play the piano and i'm considering teaching that. but i'm also going to take some classes next year in college i think for medical office assistant.
but what i really would like to do is be a stay-at-home mom, homeschool my kids, and earn extra money by teaching piano! :) and on the side, i might send my kids to ID school, but i dunno.. the whole competition thing can be so harsh sometimes. i've learned from experience.. lol i really don't know if i want them involved in that or not. maybe i'd just teach them a few steps myself

I'm not totally sure what I want to do. I would love to learn Sign Language maybe I could be a teacher for the deaf or hard of hearing or an interpreter. My cousin knows how to sign and she's thought me a few key signs. I've even thought about being a vet but I get really attached to animals and get really upset when they die. But above all I would love to pursue Irish dancing I just love it so much. I'm definitely having my kids involved in ID.

im only 16 but i have my WHOLE life planned!!

ok, im going to go to uni and study music (which takes 3 years), then take a year off and work full time as a receptionist or something. in that year i want to go on a contiki tour to great britain, southern ireland, and western europe!! (contiki tours are for 18 to 35 year olds only!! - FUN FUN FUN :D ). then at the end of the year i want to audition for the Christmas Fantasy Parade at Disneyland!!! im so excited although i probably wont get in, but it would be such an amazing and incredible experience if i did!! then i want to go back to uni and study music therapy, which is kind of like pyschology but uses music and you help disabled kids and elderly people who've had strokes etc. etc. etc. and i'll be a music therapist!! :D

then i want to get married, have 3 kids, and i want all my kids to do irish dancing and ballet and play the piano and when there voices are developed enough, singing lessons...:rolleyes: ahhh.

Hello Irish_sunshine, I was delighted to read your comments, and just want to encourage you in your wonderful ambition of home-schooling. You sound like a very creative person! I have done what you want to do, and believe me it's worth it and you can do it. I started teaching a few piano students quite some years ago when my older children were young & our family had just started home schooling. At that time we had 3 school-age and a new baby. I gained experience & increased my number of students over the next few years and it was great. I had a teenager (family friend) help look after my littlies while I was teaching the piano students. I stopped teaching when I had my 7th baby as by then it was getting a bit too hard to manage. We are still home schooling (14 years now!) and Irish dancing is now part of our curriculum. We love it (and the competition scene - we've only been in that a short time) and practice a fair bit together at home - another advantage of home school. But the best thing is bringing up & training up your own children in the way they should go & building a strong family in the process.

Well, here are ALL my dreams.

1: To find a good, protective husband. Whom will love and Cherish me forever.

2: To be one of the NUMBER 1 World Champions in entire WORLD.

3: To be a singer on Disney Channel.

4: To be in one of the Twilight Movies, (just because I LOVE Vampires! And have ALWAYS wanted to play one.)

I think I would like to be a designer, when i stop dancing.
I think I would either like to design irish dance dresses, general clothes ir maybe costumes for movies and dance shows and so on. But I never admit it at school coz people would probably think I'm stupid and girly lol but i don't think it's stupid or girly

Oh yeah just remembered I would like to be a poet, or a singer or actress too lol. and i think i would like to do some volunteer work with kids in hospital and so on coz a few years ago i was in hospital for probably about the 4th time and i was so sick of it and then the starlight foundation 'wizards' visited and it really brightened my day:)
