Subscription gift.

I renewed a my subscription to IDM back in June and I have been recieving my magazines every month (which is great!). But I have yet to recieve my subscription gift. I don't know why this is. Is it because I was only renewing it? Rather than getting a new one? Or just because I was missed out somehow.
I was just wonderignif anyone knew more about this and if I did just get missed out (which is understandable- I know everyone at IDM has to send off dozens and dozens of things every month) who should I get in touch with.

Kathleen, I don't know if you did it electronically or via mail but there should be a box you can tic saying you want the prize if you ticed it I would email Tamasine via here or tamasine@wildfirecomms.co.uk (please if I'm wrong on the adress someone please correct me!)

I renewed mine a couple of months ago and I got the gift. :)

I think you get the gift any time you subscribe or renew if you tick the box. I never got my first one though (and we never even wrote about it, so I'm sure if we had they'd have fixed it) , and then there was a confusion with my renewal but we talked to the nice people at the IDM booth at Oireachtas and they got it all straightened out for us and gave us the gift there. I know sometimes there is confusion, but if you just let them know they do everything they can to fix it for you! Everyone at IDM is so nice and they want so much to have things nice for us, so just let them know and I'm sure they'll take care of it for you! :D :) :D :)
