Rainbow Photos?!

I've seen some of these where people have edited their pictures to have rainbow colours on them or just one colour and writing and stuff! I was wondering does anyone know how you do it? Below are two examples of the pics!

yea if u have photoshop you can edit your picture to make it look like all rainbow and stuff. :D

oh right i cant remember exactly but you have to go onto colour tint and ...
ahh its confusing to explain!
