On second thought...maybe there aren't many thoughts that can't be displayed in these categories...do our thoughts really stray from dance anyway? Mine doesn't very much... but I found this really cool word...Avanfantasia or something like that...mix of avalon and fantasia that describes "a world beyond human imagination" i thought it was a neat idea.

I noticed. The day before the last day of school before Christmas break, I'm REALLY Hyper and excited and happy. The next day, I'm all festive and happy in a different way...... tired. wornout from the day before and then the day goes SO long. I just want it to be over.

Today was ok and bad in a way.

Dad had a health scare. Dizzy, vision iffy. mom and dad went to hospital. left us alone in house. I was on net all day..... drowning out my worries with typing words onto the screen and forgetting my troubles with electronic joy.

Now, he seems fine. We're not sure what it was. they ran a lot of tests...nothing conclusive. So Christmas eve didn't quite feel like christmas eve....

Tho we did go to Grandma's and had our big dinner and had our after dinner coffee and deserts. Then we opened a few family exchanged presents.

yeah. I hope tomorrow will be happy and perfect. Not sort of scary and not Christmasy.

It was kind of weird at our house too, this year. My dad had to work , I had a bad cold, and it was pouring rain. My grandmother is not well, and we went there, but it was just not very Christmasy. :(
Today some friends came for the afternoon and we watched movies and played board games and that seemed more like Christmas to me. :D
Anyway, I hope your dad is better and won't have any more problems.

Thanks Colz. more tests were done yesterday. Still nothing. who knows WHAT is was. he seems better now, which is good. And Christmas morning was one of my best christmas mornings on record. :D

ok. another thought.

I'm tired. very. but can I go to bed? no. neopet guild art contest. it needs to be on the internet. I tried every html trick in the book on the neopets site. userlookup, pet pages, galleries, nothing worked. finally dad told me to get to bed. explained why I couldn't. he's getting my web up. it's only 3 pages. yeah I know it's really impressive (ok, that's sarcastic, but it IS a start). hopefully I can get more up in time.

good night everyone... tho I'm not sure when I'll be able to actually lay down on my mattress and my 2 inch memory foam mattress cover and cloud sheets. and finally rest my head on my 1/2 memory foam pillow. and pull over my super soft blanket and my two quilts over my head and just zonk out.

sort of..... not quite sure tho since tomogoshi (geese I cannot type that no matter how hard I try and yeah, it's spelled wrong) is on that little egg thing and I've never played tomogochi. with neopets, you can collect items and play games to get points to buy stuff. and then there's the forums which are usually always hopping. there are so many topics and so many answers that you usually get answers in 5 minutes to a question. Also, there's neomail, similar to private messages like here. then there's a WHOLE WORLD to explore and there's quest/puzzle things to go thru too. And yep there's the pet. you can feed, it get it magical powers, fight them, paint them colors, and groom them or read books to them so that they're smart. There's just absolutely so much to do there!! :p

Isn't it sad really? every time I'm on this thread, I'm not quite the happiest (with exception to explaining neopets).

hmmm. something cheerful...... we had Forensics practice today. I presented one of my 5 stories and it went SO well and then after we all went, we worked together and then we ate lunch and started talking about comics. Specifically the xmen, spiderman/Mary Jane, and Silver surfer. (our coach knows everything there is to know about comics)

It was fun and nice!

reeljiggy yes, he seems MUCH better. I'm glad and they're not quite sure what it was. none of the tests come up conclusive, but they have him taking a small amount of aspirin daily to prevent things from happening. and we've gotten back to going to church (for awhile we had something going every minute) so our minds are more at ease. thanks for asking and caring. You're an 0-:).

Colz It's really up to you how long you stay on. There's guides for everything, so some things are really quick, like free food, games of chance, and such. other things. like the altador plots are like a massive time thing, but everything is optional. it all depends on how long you want to stay on.

Whoohoo! It snowed here today!!! Until today, I hadn't been to school since last Wednesday! Today we were released one hour early b/c weathermen predicted btwn 5-8 inches!! We've already got about 4.5-5, so I doubt I'll be going to school tomorrow either...geez. But this morning when I went to school, it was negative 4 degrees. The traffic was horrible though, and the roads dangerously slick. How is it everywhere else?

Speaking of smelly socks, that reminds me of one of the stories that I do for Forensics. It's called Black socks. It's about this kid, who gets black socks for his birthday and since they never seem to get dirty he doesn't take them off for a whole week and what happens is totally hilarious.

Poor Scuzzy's neighbors. But poor Scuzzy too. He should've put them in the fridge (just kidding...its late/very early). But once that story gets around, he's gonna have some trouble at school. Once, my dog got sprayed by a skunk when he was outside, then came inside and EVERYTHING smelled like skunk!!! It was putrid, and that day, they actually kicked my sister and I out of school cuz we smelled so badly of it...yick. It got poor Oscar right between the eyes. He got SSSSSSSOOOOOOO many baths, we had to call carpet cleaners after we'd scrubbed them ourselves, the windows were open and it was below freezing, we boiled white vinegar (which was DISGUSTING) and it doesn't work (don't try it, please!) both my parents had to take off work...it was horrible! I'm not even going to go into the cumin story...We ended up stocking up on oust, febreeze, and peroxide, and then everyone in the grocery store smelled it on them...geesh. Lesson learned: when living in the country, make sure your dog doesn't smell funny b4 letting him in!:D

lol thanks! He does smell MUCH better now! And our house is back to the point where we dont turn on the heat or air and get whiffs of skunk! I'm pretty sure its gone for good *knocks on wood* I thought it was really funny that we were actually kicked out of school...for the day. One of my friends/neighbors came hoome that day saying she heard someone cmoplaining that they smelled skunk in a hallway we hadn't even gone into that morning lol. Our clothes did smell funny for about a month afterward hehe .

yes hoovers do tend to have large amounts of suction. very useful for removing dust, but they are rather noisey :(

well i knw im a very random person but Acey's post reminded me of it but a while back i took out a book from the library, how to train your cocker spaniel, not for ne reason, i dont have one and have never had one, jus thort it be sumfin different. so yer aw well lol. well i have 2 dogs, one is a german shepard labrador cross called holly and a english point greyhound cross coalled izolda who is a stray from ireland :) tho she chews up every thing :(

RIP Indigo my mom's fish who recently died.
But our vacuums always end up breaking, usually the belt blows while my sis is using it for her room...but Oscar always chases it, barking...half scared, half playful while wagging tail, but he's trid to bite it multiple times.

Oh, no...I really loved Indigo. I was really broken up when he died...he was so beautiful:( When you'd walk by, he'd flip his fins at you like he was waving and show off his colors. But fish do not live very long, and he was the first betta my mom ever had.

Thankfully tho, I was pretty young. A baby really.

He was killed right after Christmas and his birthday was near Easter so those holidays are always I bit sad.

I mean.. I don't really remember him but I'm sad for all the things there could have been. Like I could've had an older brother in college right now..

And he always wanted sisters, so when he got two he was overjoyed...

it's like you hear so much about someone that you want to meet them and then you realize that there's no way you ever will.

:( alchohol certainly can bring alot of saddness, its a real pity tht peeps let it affect the so much. :( my dad is prob the one iv seen it affect the most, between smoking and drinking and everything he has jus messed up his body completely

smoking and drinking are a bad combo.

Lexi has Asthma and I have paridoxical vocal fold movement and am sensitive to strong smells so it affects us both greatly. (basically asthma is can't breathe out. paridoxical... is not as bad and usually during long endurance exercises where I can't breathe in. just so ya guys know.)

Yer I'm really against smoking, drinking, drugs, everything like that. I don't like the thought of anyone polluting their bodies like that, or having an addiction that takes first priority to sanity. I don't like the thought of not having the ability to think my thoughts, or walk a straight line, or always being able to keep my behavior in check, whatever. Losing awareness of myself, I suppose. That would scare me. Plus, my nose and throat make ambitious attempts to close when i breathe cigarrette smoke, I guess that means I'm allergic to it. My Grandpa smokes a pipe, nad that smoke doesnt bother me, so go figure.

Garth Nix is my favorite!!! My friend got me hooked. He told me to read Sabriel and I loved it. I've read the Abhorsen trilogy. I want to read his other books as well. I really like his style of writing.
