I've recognized that my turnouts hardly exsite while I'm tapping.
The problem is not the front foot witch is tapping it is more the backfoot where I'm standing on.
I don't have that problem when I'm dancing in softshoes but it comes up when I'm dancing in hardhoes.

Can someone help me. My hardshoes are a bit to big for me. can you imagine that this is the problem?

Just do simple steps in the mirror, and watch your back foot.
Also, your shoes being too big could be a problem. If they're more than a centimetre too big, I would advise getting new ones.

i also have that problem.
so every time i practice i look at my mirror and make sure my feet are crossed out and i practice little parts of my step and over exaggerate my turnout.. it helps lots.

I draw on white lines on the heel of my hardshoes. So when I look in the mirror I can easily tell if I am doing my turnouts. Also, draw or use duct tape a straight line on the floor. Dance on the line with your feet turned out. The point is to stay on the line do not drift from it and your feet should not be parallel to the line. I hope that this helps and I hope that this wasn't too confusing.

HY Nio Ash this is a great idea with the white lines on my heels. :D

I will try it.
