yeah, keep us posted..
back to main topic.........don't feel bad about being a newbie. it USED to take only 20 posts to not be a newbie... now It probably takes a ton..
I used to be a sli pjig champ at 601 posts... and 4 knots.. now have 1212 posts and growing and only have 2 knots filled and am what was it? FAB... fabulous and brilliant...(?)
so it's harder than ever to get started....so just keep posting and remaining involved and you'll get higher up.

It's different coz in some organizations you are allowd to go up on the tip of your toe and in an comhdhail your not and when thay are giving out the result of a championship the top mark is 20 what is it in crn?

Dont worry i just got here and have loads of friends:) :) :)
So you have a forum on this website here, where you have LOADS of threads where we talk about everything and anything. You then get your own space...where everyone can read a little about you, and post comments. From there you can also show other members things you'd like to have...this is your wishlist. You can also upload photos of you and your mates, or anything that you think suitable for the site. You have a news page that tells you about news outbreaks in the world of Irish Dancing. You get competitions and daily giveaways you can enter. As if that wasn't enough, you get this points scoring. For every post, comment, wishlist item you get a number of points. From these points you get a ranking, and helps show everyone who uses the site the most.
Hope that helps a bit :D:D

What a night! Solon magrizos is such a great dancer. He really knows how to move. I could hardly keep up with him; his energy seemed to be completely inexhaustible. At one point in the evening, people actually gathered in a ring around us while we danced and cheered on his incredible dance steps! I couldn’t believe it. I had the best time, all the ladies there wanted to be the lucky one to dance with Jacob next. They were “chomping at the bit” to get their turn around the dance floor with him.
Thanks Colz! That really did help me quite a bit. I really appriciate it!
It's quite alright..anything to help :D:D

Hi - I don't do an comhdháil but I do festival dancing which is quite similar. It's like a kind of breakaway group from feis dancing that's mostly in northern ireland and we don't have to wear wigs and socks which is a bit of a relief - mines would probably fall off  !

im saying something from way back in the begining but another way to get loads of points is to do a wishlist

Thanks, slippinjig, I'm glad to know that. I'll have to make a wish list!!!
You also seem to get a lot of points posting messages on your buddy's message boards on their pages. Plus it's fun! makes me feel like little miss sunshine to go around and visit! :D :D :p
