My foot is being weird

Has something like this happened to anyone?

This afternoon the top of my foot started feeling really weird.It only hurts a little bit, but if I point it or move my foot around, it feels like there is something moving inside my foot and I can even hear a creaky noise. I wasn't dancing at all this morning, but I was practicing a lot yesterday. Does anyone know what that could be? It's really freaking me out!

Try looking up pain on the top of the foot.
You will find something.

Well just stay off it for a while and hopefully it will stop.If it doesn't I'd suggest having your foot looked at.

If you were 11-13, I would be afraid that you might have broken your growth plate. Since you are past that, it could very well just be a bad bruise, but I would check with your dance teacher and your doctor. Better safe than sorry!
