You know when you've to drive a long way for a feis and when you get there your kinda tired from the drive? and after you've stretched out you notice that there is no room to practice and warm up? what can I do?

usually there is some kind of space, even if its a darn hallway. in small spaces to warm up, jumping jacks and joggin in place is good. if its really tiny, sorta 'walk-through' your steps or practise w your hands... you know your steps and you'll be fine

If you cant practice, MAKE SURE YOU STRETCH!!! I find that just making your kicks higher makes scores higher.

Usually there are hallways that are pretty decent for practicing. If not, walk through your steps in your hotel room. Stretching helps as well. You may want to check the feis venue the night before to see if there is practise space. If you are really desperate, outside with sneakers will do. Good luck!
