Exclamation Nervousness about Silcion Valley Feis

Ok. So the Silicon Valley feis is tomorrow!!!!!! My poor mom is just beginning to learn the ways of a feis mom, I'm on my wits end wondering how I will do and if there will be enough ppl in my category to let me move up IF I place, and aside all that, we BOTH have to master the ways of the wig and dress bag ALL IN ONE NIGHT, not the mention that she has to get up at 3:30 am Pacific time in the US and I'm getting up at 4 am!!! The cycle: Wake up at 4 am to be picked up by 5 am to be in Santa Clara by 7 am to be ready to dance at 8:10 am to finish dancing around 8:45 am to be shopping in the vendor section till about 11 or 12 am to get on the road by 12:30 am to be home by 2 pm!!!!! My eyes are going to be barely open! Thank goodness I slept in a bit this morning!!! I mean, JEEZ!!! I will be sure to post my results as well as the number of ppl in my competition on my profile. GGGRRRRR!!! At least I will be able to look at the beautiful merchandise that the vendors have! Actually, the feis started today! Some of u guys might already be there!!!! Anyways, I'm on my last nerve pretty much. My mom's barely hanging in there. She's not even close to being a feis mom for the oireachtas or something. If she had to be this year, her nerves would finally BLOW!! I wouldn't blame her. If she thinks just one little feis is hard......you might as well say goodbye before you get to the oireachtas, Elaina. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feisanna are always really nerve-wracking, but try to stay calm! They are fun too! If you want to check how many people are in your competition, you can go to feisworx.com and check. You just type in the email/password that you registered with, go to "my registrations" and click on "whose in my comp." It gives you the # for each of your dances.
Get to bed early tonight! You sound like you got a really nasty dancing time
My mom always gets really neverous at feises too...sometimes more than I do. It can kinda rub off though, so both of you should try to stay calm about it to not make the other more nervous. With time, feising definately becomes easier as you get used to the processes involved. Try not to let your nerves ruin the day! GOod luck!

Don't worry! Just don't forget your wig, dress, bloomers, number, and socks, and that's all you need! Oh, and don't forget your steps!
