Question How exactly do you GET merit medals?

Hey everyone! I'd like to know how you get the Code of Conduct, silver star, etc....and how come I don't have the IDM subscriber medal if I subscribe to IDM?

You can find description of the medals and how to get them at this link.

http://.irishdancing.com/?q=node/274

But I'll write them out anyway.

The irish flag - went to all Irelands 2007

the world - went to worlds 2007

subscribor shamrock - simply pm admin telling them you are a subscriber and they'll give you one.

bronze medal - have gotten 1000 points.

silver medal - have gotten 5000 points.

Gold medal - have gotten 10000 points.

Spinning gold star medal - have been a POTM (profile of the month)

spinning gold star - have been a DOTM (dancer of the month)

non spinning star - appeared in the magazine.

Code of conduct - have fallowed all the rules in the code of conduct and are a very active member of the IDM web community. Admin gives out these awards so there's no exact way to get them. But look at the code of conduct so you'll know how to fallow it.

Go to Admin's profile. You do this by either using search and typing in admin and clicking on the search result or by finding a link to them.

Then click on send message. Type "Need subscriber medal" or "merit medal" in the subject. then write a super short message that's to the point about needing it and that you're subscribed. then click submit. You have sent a personal message, a pm.

(I'll put this on your profile as well so you see it)

The other 50% is just really keeping to the rules and being a ideal member of the community. The posts and stuffs are added to your points so you can see how much you have there

Wink yeah

The other 50% is that you're fallowing the rules, the post has substance and another huge thing.

Admin and Tamasine have to know who you are. So get to know them!

I think I'll go make some more friends and put up some posts. I would really like to earn that code of conduct. If I don't get to your profile to add you please come to mine and say hi and I'll make sure to get to you! I wanna be friends with everyone.
