Since you're under eighteen, you might not be allowed to sell things at a farmers market. But maybe you could ask your school if you could have a sale there? At my college, there are students raising money with bake sales almost every day, and I don't see how selling other home-made things would be different.

I've actually talked to one of the people who helps set up things like that, and she's going to talk to the person who makes all the decisions...

Thanks!

Just a thought for you ClareJulissa...
One of the boys at my school has been selling chocolates for the best part of about 3 years to raise money for he and his dad to go to China on a service trip. He went last year and is planning on going again this year because he had about $900 left over from the money he's raised so far. They were the boxes of Cadbury's chocolate that all schools, clubs and organisations would give to all of their members once a year for fundraising only that it was only him and he just carries that darn box everywhere with him! I have a job and I think he would earn a lot more every week than I do and it's all in cash LOL. I'm pretty sure he said he buys a box of 45 chocolates for $8 from the company and they sell for a dollar each. I doubt you'd have the same setup in the US but I'm sure there's something similar.

Hey everyone!!!!

I'm really excited, because my little fundraiser is poised to turn big.

My school focusses on leadership and entrepreneurship, and we're actually required to create business plans in order to get our diplomas there. My school's founder saw what I was doing and took an interest, and is going to help me start a real business! My soaps and such could be on the shelves of Whole Foods!!!!!!! And other big stores! But most likely WF because he's friends with the manager of the local one.

I'm really happy.
