Exclamation Arches

The last feis I went to, I got a comment of "more arch". I know what it means but how do I fix it? Any videos, exercises, or comments would be appreciated.

Theres a book called The Perfect Pointe. It's written for ballet dancers, but it could help you get a point that has more arch.
you may want to check out some ballet exercises.
therabands also help. if you do point and flex exercises with them then your feet should get stronger.

Yeah, get a theraband or any resistant band will do. I think you can find one in Walmart. And use it daily.

You could always buy arch enhancing soft shoes as well. I've always had really bad arch but I just got the Elite pumps from Antonio Pacelli and the difference is pretty impressive in my feet. I'd advise to go half a size bigger than in your normal soft shoes though, they're quite padded which obviously makes them pretty tight.

What I do is walk around the house on tip toes and next time you get new soft shoes get split soles, not only do the get you higher up on your toes, they make your points look amazing!
