1. What is your most recent dance-related injury? Nothing that I know of, I having been dancing too long, but I've been working hard on my over-two-threes lately and it's been making the insides of my thighs and knees very sore and swollen.

2. What is the dance injury you get most often? Blisters and Calluses... Such a pain! My recents ones I've had to put bandages on, so they wouldn't rub against my shoes and cause more pain.

3. What is the first thing you do when something hurts? Keep dancing unless it's so terrible I feel like I'm gonna die... Hehe... Once I get home I usually just take a hot shower, pain reliever, sometimes heating pad and rest.

4. Do you go to a chiropractor, physical therapist, or someone else to treat your injuries? Not yet.

When I said "I having been dancing too long", I meant "I haven't been dancing too long"!

1.) I currently have Achilles Tendinitious (Sorry, I don't know how to spell it!)

2.) Calluses...I'm not a blisters type of girl!

3.) Take off my shoes and stretch out the pain. Afterwords I put on my dance trainers to dance in...with my brace on as well. When I get home from dance class, I ice for 20 minutes.

4.) We're thinking about going to a phyical therapast, if the pain is worsening.

1. What is your most recent dance-related injury?

Broken finger and sprained ankle. my ankle went when i was practising and i fell and broke my finger god knows how

2. What is the dance injury you get most often?

sore ankles, sore muscles and blisters.

3. What is the first thing you do when something hurts?

stop dancing straight away because if its bad and you keep going it only
makes it worse, i know that from experience, then put ice on it and if its still sore take painkillers.

4. Do you go to a chiropractor, physical therapist, or someone else to treat your injuries?

1. I sliced open the back of my ankle with my hardshoes (the heels; not extacly sure how it happened but I was irish dancing when it happened!)
2. Bruises on my feet, ankles, and calves from hitting them with my hardshoes by accident when I do a trick wrong
3. I shake out whatever part of my body that it happened on then I suck it up and keep dancing (ahahaha)
4. No, I pretty much know how to treat most of the dance related injuries that I get at home.
