I like lots of perfumes, but lately I've started using those little hand sanitizers for perfume. Am I the only one?

...Are tiny hand sanitizers like this popular outside of the US?

I like this perfume called 'stitch' by brittney spears or something...but it smells REALLy nice, like butterscotch. There is this range of body sprays called 'impulse' and they are really nice too!! Im not sure if you can get them outside of oz or not, though.
