Barrel Headbands !!

i made my own hair band. if you go to a craft store (i bought my flowers at a.c. more and walmart in the u.s.) you can find all the flowers or ribbons.the hair band is the tricky part. i had to order mine off ebay (it was only like $4 (not sure what that translates too lol). in any event ebay is always a good bet. there have been some irish dance hair bands posted on there
