Default Help! Warm clothes for winter?

I'm from the north of Australia and I'm going to Melbourne for a school trip in June. It's going to be FREEZING but I don't have much in the way of warm clothes. What should I get? I'm only going for a week so I just want a few key things I can wear a lot, and I also don't want to spend a fortune... I'm hoping to get some stuff from op-shops or borrow them from friends. There's a catch though... It's a music trip and we're going to lots of concerts and stuff so I need things to wear out!

Things I do have:
skinny jeans
some ugly jumpers lol
tights (footless and stockings)
a windcheater
warm pjs
a scarf

Suggestions would be really good (if there are any melbourne locals HELP ME PLEASE lol) Thanks heaps

Compared to almost any other country in the world, Melbourne winter ISN'T cold!!

It's funny how Australians think some parts of the country are cold, when they never even anywhere near zero or minus temperatures.
