Does anyone know a good way to master quivers?

yeah. let's see.. quivers are pretty easy. lizzie, u might know them as double hops. they are where hop on one leg and u tap your knee with the other foot. (well u don't actually tap the knee, it just looks close to your knee, hehe) anyway, i would suggest, jumping up on one leg and tapping your knee with the other foot over and over again (twice of course) and that should help. good luck

We call those double-ups! Anyways to make them better you need to practice a lot and work on strengthening your Quads.
