1. What is your most recent dance-related injury?
The only major injury I've had is that I fell in my dancing exam and tore the ligaments in my ankle :'(

2. What is the dance injury you get most often?
I don't really get injured very much unless you include sore/pulled muscles. I'm always pushing myself a little too far and hurting my legs especially after a little break like summer!!

3. What is the first thing you do when something hurts?
Well I guess I rest and try and judge myself how bad the injury is! I don't go straight to a doctor cause I want to know myself how I feel before they go asking me questions about it.

4. Do you go to a chiropractor, physical therapist, or someone else to treat your injuries?
I've never been to any of those specialists. When I hurt my ankle I went to my GP and she said all I could do was give it time and rest and I trusted her opinion so I didn't go to anyone else. I do go to a kinesiologist for other reasons and she has worked on my muscles and stuff quite a bit

Thank you sooooo much for your help guys!!!
No problem just hope thats of use to you !!

1. What is your most recent dance-related injury?
I've never had a serious injury, but yesterday at school, I had a horrible leg cramp that was so bad I felt like I couldn't walk. But then when class was over and I had to get up, I was able to walk it out.

2. What is the dance injury you get most often? I've never been to the Doctor about this so I don't know what it is, but sometimes I get pain and swelling in the back of my knee.

3. What is the first thing you do when something hurts? I take a break for a few days to see if it gets better on it's own.

4. Do you go to a chiropractor, physical therapist, or someone else to treat your injuries? No

1. What is your most recent dance-related injury? Stress Fracture in the Ball of my Foot at the end of last year and a hard landing on top of my ankle at dance class.

2. What is the dance injury you get most often? Blisters,Calluses, etc.

3. What is the first thing you do when something hurts?Take it easy, Ice the injury, and some ibuprofen.

4. Do you go to a chiropractor, physical therapist, or someone else to treat your injuries? I went to the Chiropractor to make sure my hips and all were aligned as some of the dancers at my school are having back issues and that was fine but I did see the Foot Doctor to find out that I had the stress fracture in the ball of my foot and I went to Physical Therapy to strengthen my ankle.
Other than that no as I am working so hard to go to Oireachtas this year and I simply cannot get bother by another injury.
