You can make them yourself very easily. You can go to a hardware store, like Lowes or Home Depot and get the bucket. You can also sometimes find little round plastic trays that will fit. They also sometimes have the cushions- they're the kind that go on round kitchen stools with elastic that holds them on.then you can get stickers or contact paper or whatever you like to decorate the. There was a girl at my dance school that made them and sold them and earned money to go to Europe this summer!

Wait, what happened to the cushions that say stuff like, "Reel Princess" or "Get Reel"?

Hmmm, i don't know about those, but you could get cushions and decorate them any way you want. Iron on letters, or something like that..... Just a thought...

YOu can carry all your stuff to a feis in them- shoes socks, sock glue, snacks, etc. and then you sit on it. That way you don't have to carry a stool, and yet can sit down and not ruin the skirt of your dress!

MY WORD!!! I have been feising for 10 years now and I have never, ever seen a feis bucket. What a brilliant idea! I can also think of a few alternative uses, for the nerves especially (it being a bucket and all). Do you mean you all sit around on your buckets? Don't they provide chairs in the USA? Well, all I can say is... INGENIOUS! I'll start a new bucket trend here in South Africa.

They do provide chairs for those lucky enough to get one. But often they're all taken up with people's junk and dress bags. And also My mom would freak if I sat in a chair in my dress. So we carry a small stool that has no back so I can gracefully arrange (haha) my skirt around it and not bend it. The feis bucket serves the same purpose, but also keeps you from having to carry your shoe bag.
