I agree. I am in novice sadly but I know alot of girls at my school who would LOVE to do this! I'm so excited to see this finally happening I can barely stand it! Dearest Phalen Mum..you've GOT to keep us updated because I know that Irish dancers everywhere-not just me- are absolutely going to go off the walls for this movie.

In the jan Mag there was an Irish dance movie being planned with the guy from Lorof The dance artical-can't remember his name check it out-it;s at the end of the artical!

I know!! They have a movie for every sport except for irish dance. It could be the kaylees choice series

Yes I would love to see a movie.It seems there are so many sports movies,but not Irish dance.

That would be so awesome! They have movies made of about anything and everything else you can think of except for Irish dance....totally not fair! They could make one about the Liffey Rivers series; that would be awesome!!

Irish Dance isn't as popular as those sports, and many people don't even know about it. They had an idea about of for Highland Dance, but turned it down. Contact differnt movie people and say your idea. Thats what you need to do! I'm all for it! I can act really well, was in a turned down movie (sadly) don't remember what... something with a girl and her parents died on the Titanic and her life. I don't remember what it was called.

definitely agreed! it should be like about how michael flatley got the idea for shows and stuff and then he finds bernadette flynn....that would be AWESOME :]

they could do one about going to worlds or a major like that. but, any kind of irish dance movie would be great!! they could do one about Liffey Rivers...
