Any tips on improving my stamina???

You can do lots of things. You can start running a mile about once/twice a week. When you practice your steps, do them twice without stopping. Doing aerobics or weight lifting can also improve your stamina. There are loads of other things you can do. See what your options are and go from there.

Do 4 steps in a row. Take a quick break. Then do 3 steps. Take a shorter break. 2 steps. Tiny break. 1 step.

Every night, put your tennis shoes on, and do 6 hardshoe steps, it doesn't matter which, you could do the same step ovr and over again if you want. Quick break. Five steps. Break. Four steps. Break. Three steps.

Another good one is to do hop 1,2,3's for five minutes every night. Running is also a good one.
