I hvae yet to hvae heards of putting elastics in the soft shoes. thats an interesting idea.

NO! NO! NO! Please don't put elastics in your shoes for all the time use. I have a friend who hurt her foot really bad from having elastics in her shoes. They are fine for shows, like for a quick shoe change, but for all the time use elastics eventually stretch and makes your shoe looser on your foot. If you have regular laces in you can tighten them up so your shoes are tight. Please take my word for it.
