You need to find something to relax yourself the day before - make sure all you stuff is ready to go say on the Thursday so that on Friday you can relax. If it's an out of town Feis & you're staying at the hotel, go to the pool/jacuzzi after dinner and then right to bed. No practicing at night. I've found that if I have my dancers practice on Friday's they're restless at bedtime. If I let them have some fun and then to bed they fall asleep right away. I also have a hard time sleeping away from home & I just try to turn my mind off and not think about anything. Mostly find ways to relax that work for you!

i take it ur going to a feis today since ur so desperate 4 QUICK advice, lol?? hope u do well if u are! (is it the raleigh feis?)

Nah, I didn't have a feis today! To tell you the truth, I just LOVE it when people give me advice. LOL. But I do have one in about 2 weeks. Anyone wanna give me advice? lol
