Default Entered JT in buffalo feis what can I expect?

I have no idea what I am getting myself into! How does the whole thing go? Trying to read posts it gets more confusing! HELP!!!

I'm guessing JT is her DS.

Here's a link to what you'll go through when you get there. It's not the feis you're going to but they're all quite the same. It's photo slideshow of what to expect at your (dd/ds's) first feis...

JT is my son sorry for the confusion...

Thanks mini that gives me a much better idea what to expect! I really like the slideshow it makes it more real! He is excited about his first feis, so are we!

Default whoa........

O...M...G...american feiseanna are soooooooooo different to the ones we have in australia. i took a look at the slide show thing mini2z posted and its like a completely different thing all together!! the first thing i noticed was that in australia we only have ONE stage at the front of the auditorium, and everyone dances on that stage usually infront of 2 judges. and we have sections divided up by age and then level within each age. the other major difference is that in australia we don't have score rooms or anything like that. we just have to wait until a presentation at the end of an age group and its a surprise as to where we come. we get called up from the lowest placing to the highest and recieve medals and badges and trophies infront of the whole crowd.
