Dress Help! Please!

Hi,
I'm getting a dress made by Siopa Rince and have a few questions. I want to get a dress made that is the style of the four panels with ruffles. I am having a hard time trying to fill out the forms. Here are two links of two dresses that I want the skirt style of: http://.dance-again.com/X1144b.html

#1. On the form it says that I have to choose from: hankies, pleats, ruffles and petticoat. I chose ruffles. **This is referring to like the skirt right?**
#2. Okay, so it also asks about what kind of kick pleats you want. It had you choose from half, full, front or back. So I said half and back. **I think I filled this part out right, but just want to make sure!**
#3. So, it wants you to answer, "Inside Kick Pleats". I answered by saying "With white ruffles with black and red trim."
#4. Okay, here is my last question. The paper wants me to answer, "Lining color". I said red or white. **This is talking about the actual kick pleat, right?**

I'm not the best expert, but from what I understand:
1. Yes, you want to answer ruffles.
2.Yes, you want the pleats in the back, and I have no clue what the difference is between a half pleat and a full, but you're probably right with half pleats. LOL]
3.Again, you did a nice job answering that one too.
4. I believe this question refers to the underneath of the dress...
I'm not much help, so maybe you might want to find dancers who suggest Siopa Rince b/c they've had them (BTW, you're really going to like your dress, I've heard nothing but good about them!) and ask them what is meant or get in touch with dance dress makers...they'd understand better than me!
