The Code of Conduct medal is not a monthly award. Tamasine gives them whenever she feels that certain people have been particularly kind, helpful or an asset to our website - it could be once a month or once every six months. You also have to be a very active member to get the C.o.C, someone who helps IDM develop in a positive way.
