stretch all the time.. sit down with your legs infront of you and keeping your legs straight lean over and grab onto your toes.. then bend your elbows down as if you are reachin the floor with them... eventually you should be able to hit the floor with them.. hamstring exercises like these will make it easier for you to keep a straight leg when jumping such.

i have the same problem and what helps me is and exercise we do at dance class:
you point your foot in front of you (right first) and then hop up and down to the reel music, remember to keep your knees perfectly straight.
do eight hops and then swap legs so your left foot is out in front.
in this exercise, your toe should be touching the ground after every hop, but then there is another one where you lift your leg up (parallel to the ground) and hop with it up there.. this one is much harder though!
hope this makes sense :S and i hope it helps you as it helped me

Sit down on the floor and prop your ankle on something (a low step or a short stool) let your knee drop just the slightet bit down (so that your leg is totally straight and you feel your leg muscles working but not so it hurts) then as that exercise seems easier move your leg a tiny but higher. Be sure not to Push your knee down it could hurt you and be sure not to put your leg up too high to start you could pull a muscle but this is one of the things my dance teacher has me do as my knees are always bent(sigh) good luck!

I can keep my knees straight when I'm in a jump, but I always bend them when I've got my weight on that foot, because for some reason that helps me to turn out. What should I do to fix that?
