Default Advice appriciated

Hey guys. I've uploaded a video of my dancing practice for the championships. Take a look it's on my profile. The timing is terrible because it's done with a camera phone, but any advice on anything you can make out will be so so so very appriciated. I would be so thankful

It's also on Youtube http://.youtube.com/watch?v=gFBFTGo5gH4

Thank you guys

Try straightening your legs on your leaps and kicks.
I really like your last step with all the rocks

Try to point your feet when you do leaps and kicks. And when you do your turns try to be higher on your toes it is a lot easyer to turn.

Are these swiffels/ twists...( what ever you wanne call them) at 3:01?
When these are twists maybe you can put a bit more power in it. The get almost lost and it it an awsome step.

But It looks very nice and it is a nice dance.

when will be the championship?

Good luck.

keep your knees straight and stretch out more on ur steps. maybe get a bit higher on ur toes as well.
and as ynna said, if they r twists at 3.01, keep them tight and really twist the ankles.

It looks really good except you need to hold your leaps just a little longer, and work on your extension.

stay higher on your toes when you're traveling, try and extend your leg all the way through your toes- one of the instructors at camp last year told me to shoot all the energy through your toes, also try and get more lift in jumps, and last keep you feet crossed over when you're doing rocks.. they looked a little akward. good luck!

I thought it was amazing! I really enjoyed watching you dance. I guess, well, I don't know what you need to work on, so just keep in mind the basic stuff and you will do great! Good luck! XO

Thumbs up

Your kick at the very beginning was soooo high I am very impressed. My only advice is for you to say "hi Tony" next time you video yourself.
