You really need to make sure you have strong arches and ankles before you do toe stands,otherwise you could injure yourself.Do lots of calf raises and ankle rolls,to build up ankle strength.For arches point and flex,as well as stand flatfooted and pull up your arch,while leaving your toes and heel on the floor.Then pull up your toes.You really need strength to hold your feet up.Make sure your feet are pulling up and not sinking into the shoe.

first, u always need ur shoe 2 b helping u with thia complicated thing! I recomend floding ur shoe in half, and wrapping a rubberband around it! one u have tht, u just need 2 b walking on ur toes 24/7!
