I adore Celtic Solo dresses.They are the best dresses I have ever seen.I want one so much.I love them because they are modern,but have lots of Celtic knot work,and for the most part are not asymmetrical and chaotic.They obviously have a good designer because all of their dresses work,even though usually I'd say those patterns and colors won't work together.Well on their dresses they do.

Before making the dress they send you a package of fabrics in the colors you want. All their fabrics are gorgeous and they have so many different choices! They also have really clear instructions for how to take the measurments including pictures explaining what to do. They take into consideration everything you want and you can even specify the types of embroidery. The dress arrived so much sooner than expected and it was gorgeous! If I ever need another dress I would definitly use them again!

I must say that I think it depends on your personal experience. I have worked with Avoca twice and neither time did I receive fabric or a package of any kind. My new dress was made by Doire and while it is beautiful it cost us an extra $400.00 CAD to make it fit properly. Our school has been having problems with Gavin dresses as well. Therefore at thi point I find it difficult to say that I have never had a flawless experience. However in quality of dress my best one was my very first which was made by Dancing In Celtic (now Avoca) I had a better service/quality under that name than the new name. It is a shame! I wish I could give a better review!

Doire Dress Designs is my favorite! Shauna Sheils makes beautiful dresses all unique but still the current style! i got mine used, and it's the prettiest peice of clothing i've ever owned! it's soooo sparkly and elegant and the detail is amazing! i'll try to post a pic...idk how well it'll work though...i'm the one on the right...

I love Shauna Sheils dresses, they are amazing & well fited!
She puts so much work into it & the results show, they look outstanding on stage too & not one dimond and fell off mine yet

My dress is an Elevation Design from the UK and I absolutly love it!! But I have gone online to see the new elevation dresses and I dont like any them that much. I also love Siopa Rince dresses!!

Definitley TAYLOR DRESSES in Belfast! Their dresses are gorgeous!! They have advertisements in many of the Irish dancing mags and I love them!! The Taylors create extremely unique designs that really stand out!!! I love them!!

Yes mine is a Taylor dress and it is class and i love it. Taylors are the best!!
