hey does anybody have any advice on how to speed up the recovery of a twisted or sprained ankle or some strengthening tips? Cause I have a feis this weekend and I'm so close to recovery. I sprained it 5 days ago. I hope I can dance this weekend.

I do! Ice it, wrap it, and take ibuprophen or advil

Try and stay off it as much as possible. Move your ankle (while it's elevated) in a circular motion. That tends to help me a bit. Ice is definitely very helpful and rest.
