My design is inspired of of parialy wicked and my favorite colors. I love greens and blues, so this design would also look perfect on my brunette hair and brown eyes. I also deserve this award because I have never owned a custom dress or a solo costume. That would also be very special to me. The flower would also be 3d giving an effect that I saw has been used for a long time. I found that out by researching dresses that are popular now on this website and many of the open-wing designs.
