An Dragan Ceilteach Irish Dancers

An Dragan Ceilteach Irish Dancers (ADC) is a recreational and performance-focused Irish Dance school based in Bluffdale, Utah, serving families throughout the south end of the Salt Lake Valley and neighboring Utah County. Established in 1999, the school has been sharing a love of Irish Dance with children and adults for more than 25 years.

The name An Dragan Ceilteach means “The Celtic Dragon,” reflecting the school’s strong connection to Celtic culture and tradition.

ADC offers Irish Dance classes for dancers from approximately age 3 through adulthood. Instruction includes both traditional and contemporary Irish Dance, with students learning soft shoe dances such as jigs and reels, hard shoe dances including hornpipes and treble jigs, and group céilí and figure dancing.

The school places a strong emphasis on providing a fun, affordable, and family-friendly environment where dancers can develop their skills without the pressure of a heavily competition-focused program. ADC encourages dancers to build confidence, enjoy performing, and become part of a supportive dance community.

Performance is an important part of the ADC experience. Dancers regularly appear at St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, festivals, community events, and cultural performances throughout Utah. The school also presents its annual Celtic Celebration, giving dancers an opportunity to showcase their talents for family, friends, and the wider community.

ADC’s Bluffdale studio includes dedicated dance spaces with sprung flooring designed to support dancers during training.
