Bergin Academy of Irish Dance

Bergin Academy of Irish Dance offers Irish Dance classes for boys and girls of all ages in South County Dublin, Ireland.

The academy is led by Aimee Bergin, an accomplished former championship dancer who has been Irish Dancing since the age of three. Aimee competed successfully at the highest levels of Irish Dance and is a former All-Ireland & International, Leinster and Dublin Champion. Her competitive career also included outstanding results at the World Championship level.

Aimee brings her lifelong love of Irish Dance to the next generation, providing students with an encouraging environment in which to develop technique, confidence, fitness, friendships and a passion for Irish Dance.

The teaching team now also includes Sarah Bergin, giving dancers the benefit of an expanded instructional team. Classes welcome beginners as well as more experienced dancers, with opportunities to progress their skills and participate in competitive Irish Dance.

Bergin Academy is registered with Comhdháil na Múinteoirí le Rincí Gaelacha (An Chomhdháil) and is part of the organization's Dublin region. The academy and its teachers are active within the local Irish Dance community and encourage children to discover and enjoy Ireland's rich dancing tradition.
