Gerard Carroll ADCRG is originally from Tyrone in Ireland but now lives in Brisbane. Under the tuition of the renowned Armstrong School in Belfast, he became North American National Champion, received multiple world podium places and was also a World Champion for ceili dancing.
After performing in shows in Europe, he qualified as an Irish dancing teacher in 2012. The Carroll School produced Oireachtas, Irish National and British National solo champions, along with several world medals holders and world qualifiers in solo and ceili dancing. Their dance drama team also placed 2nd at the 2025 World Championships.
Since qualifying as an adjudicator in 2019 he has judged in Ireland, Scotland, England, Slovakia, USA, Canada and Australia. He was recently awarded a Global Irish Dancing Teaching Award by Irish Dancing Magazine and his feis Dungannon Championships was named Event Of The Year by the NI Dance Awards. He is also a qualified personal trainer and a harpist.

Adrian Walker ADCRG BG is from Brisbane and brings a lifetime of Irish dancing experience to the Walker Carroll School of Irish Dance. Adrian began dancing at a young age and became a multiple Queensland State and Australian National Champion.
He toured extensively with Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance, Celtic Tiger and Feet of Flames. In 2007, he earned his TCRG teaching certification and the Walker School of Irish Dance became one of Queensland’s most successful Irish dance schools, producing champions in solo, ceili, figure and freestyle.
Adrian is a qualified adjudicator and has officiated at competitions in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the UK and Europe. In 2024, he proudly adjudicated at the World Irish Dancing Championships in Glasgow. He is also a certified Grade Examiner (BG). Alongside Irish dancing, Adrian is the Dean of Secondary at Clayfield College.
