Rince na Tiarna

Rince na Tiarna School of Irish Dance has been sharing a love of Irish Dance and Gaelic culture with generations of dancers since 1986. Founded and directed by Mary Kay Heneghan, ADCRG, the family-oriented school welcomes dancers ages 5 and older, from beginner through championship level, with opportunities to pursue recreational, performance and competitive Irish Dance at their own pace.

Rince na Tiarna has an outstanding competitive history, producing Regional, North American, All-Ireland and World Champions in solo and team dancing. The school became the first North American school to win an All-Ireland team championship, and in 2005 celebrated its first solo World Champion when Kevinah Dargan won her age group.

The school's experienced teaching staff includes Mary Kay Heneghan, ADCRG; Erin Lynch, TCRG; Bridget Sullivan-Ryan, TCRG; Katie Ryan; and Kevinah Dargan. Rince na Tiarna dancers and alumni have also performed professionally in productions including Riverdance and Lord of the Dance.

In addition to competition, dancers participate in performances, festivals, parades and community events throughout the year.
